> TheraLog is POPIA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted clinical notes software for mental health practitioners in South Africa — psychologists, registered counsellors, social workers, and psychiatrists. Session notes are encrypted on-device with a key TheraLog itself never sees or stores. The platform is offline-first (works with no internet connection), supports AI-assisted note writing (SOAP, CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed, Safety Plans), voice dictation, and all 11 of South Africa's official languages.

TheraLog is built by Billingmed, a South African healthcare practice management and billing company.
